Add 40g of oats and 190ml of milk, water or plant based alternative into a small saucepan & stir 2. Bring to the boil on a low heat and gently simmer for 5 minutes 3. Pour into a bowl and enjoy! Short on Time? 1. Follow step one, but pour your mixture into a bowl instead 2. Pop in the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 mins 3. Give it a good stir, leave to stand for a few mins.
